I always say there is no coincidence in the life.

There are encounters that change our lives, and des events  which make us understand that it is time to change and accept to change your life.

At 34, I decided to change my life, to finally do what I liked and to believe in myself.

Thanks to Reiki, I found myself, healed and developed.

I was trained up to the 4th degree by Angelina DARDENNE, a passionate Reiki master. 

I finally accepted what I felt, what I saw and what I heard.

Thanks to my friends, thanks to my angels, my guides and the energy of Universal love, I am ELISABETH AMADO, holistic therapist, master Reiki teacher.

But I understood that energy, spirituality could not help people in all their problems, because it is very much the unconscious that works.

That's why I looked for another method where I could help my future clients to believe in themselves and their abilities to move forward.

A method that shows how much our brain can help us heal if we command it and not if we let's leave our fears, our doubts, our anxieties take over.

Sophrology then came to me as a sign, I understood that it was the little extra that I could bring to my clients.

Thanks to all these techniques, I developed, meditation, dynamic relaxation, breathing, relaxation.
